The super affordable mid-range phone Xiaomi Redmi 1S goes on sales tomorrow.

Its price tag is Rs. 5,999 only. Today’s gadget world is looking Xiaomi Redmi 1S as a futher step of mobile phones market where Moto E ends.

But really Xiaomi Redmi 1S is up to that level to move the market towards a new forward step. Let’s find out…

Design and the body of the Xiaomi Redmi 1S

• ·         While talking about the design and the body of the Xiaomi Redmi 1S phone, we can say that it’s quite heavy if we compare it with the MI3. This phone feels a little chunky.

• ·         Smudge full display with good but not great viewing angles of the screen.·  UI has customized it to run on the hardware very smoothly and the good thing is that its OTG supported.There is no backlight on the touch capacitive buttons but its functions can be changed from the button layout given in the settings.

• ·         2 mp camera on the front and 8 mp camera on back with autofocusing led flash. It also has a secondary microphone for noise filtration.

• ·         Loud-speaker is slightly on the edge of its back so sound will be muffled if you place it on table lying on its back.

• ·          Glossy back cover which can be removed. It’s a plastic body phone so it provides you multicolor options for its body.  It has 2 sim card slots where one slot support 3G networks, while other only 2G.

• ·         This phone has a 1.6 GHz quad-core processor with a snap-dragon 400 chipset hardware which is pretty cool and quite advance thing while comparing it with its price tag.

• ·         While going through the functions, this phone has almost every function which a smart phone of this age should have. But it also have some very cool functions like, the user can control the led brightness for the notification or simply can disable it. The user can also control the layout of the notification i.e. “ how the notification should appears like…”.

·         If we compare its price with the hardware the phone running on, we have to say it’s better that the MOTO E, which on same price runs on snap-dragon 200 chipset.

·         The phone is providing you the swipe to type facility which is really cool.

·         While talking about the storage and memory, this phone ha an internal memory of 8 gb and supports micro-sd card but user cannot change the default storage.

So while going for an over view it’s a good phone with cool price. Nothing can be better than this in this price
